Refund policy

We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our chimichurri.

Damages and issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Refunds
Our refund policy applies only in the case of a damaged or lost package.  If you receive a damaged product or experience a loss during shipping, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To request a refund, please provide us with clear images of both the damaged product and the package (box) it was shipped in. This will help us assess the situation and process your refund more efficiently.
Once we receive your refund request and the necessary images, we will review the case and notify you of the status of your refund as soon as possible.
